Customers say a lot about who a trainer is. What everyone wants in their bird dog trainer is someone who has the integrity, honesty, and ability to instill the level of trust that keeps clients / customers over the long term.

The Customer / Client to Dog Trainer relationship is much more than a casual one. Creating a championship level dog takes hard work over a span of time. The relationship is more of a partnership. You have expectations of your trainer and your trainer expects your support and guidance.

In our client list you will see the names of people who have worked with us over many years and are commonplace in the field trial publications that list the winners and placements. You will see many that win in the amateur championships and give credit to our work to help develop their dogs and their training and handling skills.

Tom Ettinger - Owner of NFC/AFC Just Call Me Roy (Roy).

Tom has known Ben and Kyle for over 15 years. He has been a supporter and a customer since Roy (Just Call Me Roy) (now retired) was a young dog.

Bill & Fran Gorman - Owner of AF CH/FC/AFC Sligo

"We have had dogs with Ben for several years. Some dog break quick and easy and others not so. Ben has plans and methods for each individual dog.  We appreciate Ben's success in finishing Field Championships on our dogs.  He also strives to prepare the amateur handler for the time when the dog is ready to return home.

Summer trips to his Maine facility give us a good understanding of the careful attention that is given to all the dogs. As visitors we are put through the paces of working with our dogs and seeing the progress each has made.  This time is enjoyable and offers us valuable insight and opportunity to work with our dogs.

Both Ben and Kyle give us the confidence that our dogs are well taken care of . This is priceless.  It's good to see Kyle becoming an expert dog handler too."
